This number is running a scam telling you that your computer is infected.  This is NOT Symantec or Norton Antivirus.  It's a SCAM.  Your computer is NOT infected.  Scan with your own antivirus software if you think you have a problem. Do NOT take the word of a WEBSITE.  Websites can not scan your computer in a few seconds and tell you that there is an infection.  They are much too slow to ever do that.  Even a locally installed antivirus will take 15 minutes or more to scan your computer.  So any website that magically pops up a message telling you that you are infected is telling you LIES!!!!

just got this email husband called and i said No dont but he did and then i found this post. sure enough the guy wanted $300 bucks for us to be connected to a teck guy, we hung up!  thanks for the post .
