Spam calling centre- recording says company offering computer support has been forced to close, call to get refund information.

This number is from the same SCAMMERS/SPAMMERS: 888-406-8920. They call me multiple times per day. I've blocked them using Call Blocker App, but this app only blocks the number from ringing directly to me, but doesn't block it from the system, so the caller can still reach my voicemail system to leave a voicemail. And it's the same-o, same-o message: We are calling to refund your money as the company has been ordered to close down. Please call us our toll free number.....   DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A FREE APP (BESIDES PAYING YOUR CARRIER TO BLOCK) THAT CAN COMPLETELY BLOCK NUMBERS? "BLOCK" IE. THE CALL WON'T GO THROUGH (NOT JUST BLOCK FROM RINGING TO YOU, BUT BLOCKED COMPLETELY FROM THE SYSTEM)?  I'M DESPERATE! THESE NUMBERS CALL & LEAVE MSGS LIKE 6 TIMES/DAY! PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

Please do not call on this number as these people will try and get into your computer and rip you off
