claim to be Microsoft refund dept aka computer services
they claim they ( Microsoft) are shutting down there server ( miccorsoft going bankrupt really?)
and that i'm due a $300 refund for some warranty or support ( news to me)
and to get this alledged refund I have to fill out a online form
this is nothing more than a phishing scam to get your bank and other information

This is a SCAM to get remote access to your computer so they can install malware & then charge you to remove it.  There is NO refund & Microsoft does NOT cold call.

There is a sucker born every minute but do not fall for this! Microsoft doesn't cold call and offer "refunds". Beware!

I just got the same exact call on both my cell phone and home phone at the same time.  I never answer numbers I don't know. They actually left a message but only said to call back for a refund.  Didn't say where they were from.

This is not true ! I had a robocall voice message ! I did not reply only deleted it !!

Received the robo call, and was teased with a refund. I did not call back, I searched google to see if this is an ongoing scam & it is.
