asked to speak to a family member, i explained  don't have their number and don't speak to them. they threatened me, and continued to call my phone numerous times while i was at work.

Someone tried this with my son--after phishing my DIL's cell number off Facebook. He took the phone from her and when they threatened him because he refused to give them my phone number, he made it clear to them he "had the resources to tie them up in court for a long time" if they persisted. Needless to say, they hung up---and never called back.

Keep getting calls from this person named Kristy Smith saying I have a judgements or something on me and to call before court actions are taken.

This number displayed as "Toll Free Caller" and left a message regarding a very serious matter on collecting a debt.  Never mentioned who the debtor was, so it was blocked.

I just called because I received a message and I was trying to see what was going on and they threaten to take me to court.

The call originally came from 888-576-3167, but the message asked me to call this number. They were trying to track down someone with the same first name as me but different last name. This has been going on for years with different collection agencies. The caller id said UNKNOWN NAME but the woman I talked to said they were (something)RG Enterprises. The first letter sounded like an E or a U but I'm not sure.

Got a message from a Kelsey Knox regarding some loan I've never even heard of.  The woman I spoke with was rude and kept insisting I give her a reference number that I did not have. After I told her that they called me and I have no ties with this company called "Hyrda Finanical" and if this was a scam they were not obtaining any information from me, the woman then got nasty and I basically hung up on her and blocked the number. My suggestion would be to NOT give them any personal information!

Called asking for a family member  court action against them.

Received a call from this number asked for a bill and told her once they send it i will have a attorney look it over..she hung up on me.

Started getting phone calls from this number saying the we're a debt collector and had a case attached to my son and bank account.  They were going to take  court action , even called family members telling them they were taking court actions against me. Do not answer or  give any information.
