Yes, I do know they frequently change their numbers and constantly harass you, I dealt with it on a daily basis a few years ago. Depending on the phone you have and the key word here is IF, if it's a landline and you can do it without missing anything important, turn off your answering machine. As long as the callers get that, they're going to continue trying for a live voice. You may also be able to tinker around with your phone and set it up so unknown numbers do not ring at all, or turning off your ringer entirely. If you are not able to do without a machine, then a call blocker may be a good idea. For a cell, many have the option to block private callers and your play store has a wide assortment of good blocking apps to choose from. What you'll want to do is stop the caller from getting to your VM so there is no answer at all. They continue calling because your number obviously has a reputation as always having an answer of some kind (you might not personally take the calls, but your VM does). Those are the folks they love to harass. You can change that reputation by doing what I said and with time and patience. My landline was getting blasted with junk calls, several often right after the other, everyday. I turned off my answering machine and let unknown numbers ring and ring and ring. After several months of this, my landline started ringing less and less because they got tired of calling me. Stopping ALL junk calls is impossible as long as people are still taking unknown ones, but you can greatly reduce the number you get. I still get a couple a week, but I have gone many days, even up to two weeks without so much as even one junk call. That's also how you get off telepests' lists of who to call. URG is the company that calls on my cell while I'm at work. sounds like a robot. Never says what it's for...just make it stop

Please be advised that this is not URG, this is a forum so you can let others know of this scam.  I too was called today, and thanks to the posts on here, I won't bother to call them back.

If it is on your cell phone look at blocking them.  My favorite ap for blocking is Mr. Number.

THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING!! once a day with a robotic message not even telling you who the call is for.

On calls like these when I get to talk to a human I just start talking sexy to them and trying to have phone sex. Makes them hang up pretty quickly. Doesn't solve the problem but it's fun making them squirm.

I agree!  I am getting numerous calls at work and on cell phone.  Now they are calling my daughters phone!  I have no outstanding debt!  I am getting so tired of these calls!  And they keep using different numbers trying to get through.  Someone has to stop these people!!!

Scam... no meat to the message, only the robo answer machine. Who is this scammer? Don't answer.

I just got a call from this number harassing me.

constantly call and either hang up or leave a robo message..heard it was a scam because  I've never taken out a payday loan and checked my credit report and nothing weird is on there bad. when I block the number they just call again from a different  number. it's extremely  irrigating

I get 3 or 4 calls a day...very annoying

I reported it on the BBB website, FTC website, called the Attorney General in my state to see if they are a licensed debt collection agency, they are not-- no listing whatsoever for them---so it is truly a SCAM--------don't reply or answer their calls--hopefully if enough people report them, someone will do something about it.  There are currently 93 reports on this # on the white pages full of comments that they are a SCAM............

They have been calling me for months.... said I took out a payday advance that was never paid back.....NOT POSSIBLE!!! I never took out a loan and they keep changing the address information they have for me when I apparently  took out the loan!!! This is a major SCAM!!!

I have Received over 10 calls from this robotic call leaving a message concerning a debt collection that does not exist

I have been receiving calls from these people since mid March- five days a week- same call-same VM---keeping track of the phone numbers that they have called on- how many times they call, etc. I have reported them to various agencies already----next I am contacting a lawyer friend that I know..........
