Called my cell# and work ph# multiple times although I called back twice only to receive voicemail. Left a voice message advising I am unable to receive personal phone calls at work. Caller name Anna Williams. Would not provide detailed information in reference to the call

Please, never, ever, ever call them back! The most likely response will be an increase in calls and it's quite possible the  callback itself is the scam they're running on you. Callbacks such as these can be charged against your account at astronomical rates and that's how they make their money.

If you don't know the party: Don't answer, don't pick-up, don't talk, don't listen, do not press 1, and never, ever, ever call back.
