888-417-6497

My wife recieved a text message that someone was trying to use her credit card and she needed to call 1-888-417-6497.  When she dialed the # a recording immediatly said her account had been frozen and she needed to punch in her account #, exp date and pin. She did not provide anything and then called me. I called the same # from work, I work for the Navy and I called from a Naval facility and I recieved the same recording. The message also mentioned Old Point National Bank, we do not deal with them in any way.

Received the same Text  from 36245 (similar to facebook alerts) and I knew it was not legit because I also dont deal with them but was curious since I moved away from VA 7 months ago but still have buisness there.  Internet and complaints like this are awesome because I did not provide or call this scam number/
