Was called by this number and another number from the same "company" stating that if my husband didn't call back, he would face unknown consequences. They have been harassing both of us since December 7th and even have a file number. When I spoke to the woman, Holly Davis,  she stated a courier service was going to be dropping something off at our residence between the hours of 1&5pm. Nothing came to our house.

I received a message from phone# 888 426 3098 from a woman stating documents would be delivered. These are harrassing people and need to be stopped!!

received call looking for a relative of mine.  stated they had an injunction for him and wanted me to give them information on how to find him.  Hung up on me when I told them I wasn't giving out any information.

Received calls from this number stating an Olivia G...need to respond to a Joseph Lane or their would be something filed.  I informed the caller they must have an "old" number on file. The caller asserted that no I was this person's mother(?).  I hung up.  A second call with voice message was left.

A woman from this number called me just minutes before I typed this. She said there was a petition in her office and that I or a attorney representativeneeded to respond to it immediately. Had me a case number and everything.

I believe she used the same name with me.

I first revived a voicemail from an unknown number Kim Jones called and said she was just notified that there is a legal case pending against me and I needed to call 888 814 3447 and I was given a case number.  I called the number and was transfer to a lady name Wendy who proceeds to tell me I will be taken to court for almost 2gs and that she can get it settled out of court for 300? But she need the money today before the end of the call or I will be served papers? the phone called was then disconnected and she cakked back from. (888) 426-3098 after this she proceed to ask for credit card info asking me to talk to anyone I know to give her money to talk to nh landlord about nit paying rent on time very unproffesional she then tried transfering me to a verification lady...SO first of all if you get severed with paper no one is going to call you ahead of time and notify you. If a company is going to take you to court they will try to contact you themselves not thrum a 3rd party company....don't fall for this I started to but then thankfully I stopped an thought and I tootle the number and found many other situation the same as mine so I hung up and blocked the call...

Received a call from this number stating I or my representative needed to call her back. I have received so many of these kinds of scam calls I just deleted it. And checked up here to see if anyone else may have been harassed too. Sure enough there was.

I received a voicemail this morning from this number. (888-426-3098) A Phyllis Jackson stating that I needed to return her call within 24 hours or will have papers filed against me.
Obviously, I am no sucker. Get calls like this on the weekly. These people need to get a life!

Called stating they were from "hollywood regency pharmacy" and had received 3 prescriptions for me.
Blocked them from my cell phone and then they called my employer.
I don't have any prescriptions and there is no hollywood regency pharmacy in my area.
