I received a spam message via e-mail, which contained the above number as a contact.
I suspect it was an attempt at the Customer Service Scam, in order to gain access to accounts and/or computer.
Spam message contents were as follows:

Subject: Invitation from an unknown sender: 💳 $489.99 USD will be autopaid within 12 hours @ Mon Nov 10, 2025 6:30am - 7:30am (PST)

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order with PayPal. Your order has been successfully placed.
We hope you are as excited as we are!
The charges will be shown soon in your recent activity.
