Received a text with this number to call regarding a lawsuit. MSM or Brookstone United Capital. Did a lot of research on them, total scam. They tried to get money out of me. I knew better. Multiple coversations with different people on their end. They finally blocked me because I kept calling them back and having fun with it.

They did the same to me.

Called me twice from numbers that appeared to be local.  Claimed to be from "Notification Services Inc." a collection agency.  Asking for someone with the same name as my father but with a different middle initial and last four of his ssn.  I told them they had the wrong person but they insisted my father call them and verify information.  I told them both this sounded like a scam to me.  The call back number they gave me was 1-888-426-8323

Keep leaving messages about a time sensitive matter from NSI related to my brother requesting a call back while spoofing a local number. Whatever, blocking them.

Keeps calling saying they’re trying to serve me legal papers and wants to verify personal info so I googled the number and came across this website and found out what I was suspecting.  Total scam. That’s crazy

Called from "private number" and left a message saying from Metro Financial and they have a legal matter to discuss and unless I call them back at 888-426-8423 they will have no choice but to initiate legal action without my permission.  Lol. Scam.

This company NSI has made harassing calls to my Mom. ,sister and brother. Trying to get info about me.. These guys are slick. They change up numbers they are calling from but always the same area code. And the prefix  614  502 xxxx. They change up the last four numbers. They make it look like it is a local number in hopes you will answer. Then if you don.t they then call after harrasing you with the other calls. Then they try the (UNKNOWN) call like your going to answer it  They call first thing in the morning when I am sleeping. I am disabled and do not sleep well. Then harrassed with these calls everyday. AGAINI owe no one money for bills. This day and age I trust no one that calls on the telephone period!!
I have reported  them to the Atty General for my State. For harassing my family members and calling from numbers they change up. They are slick M.F. people who work for these scam companies are scum.

These people have been calling me once a month UNKNOWN CALLER ID  - "This is Melissa from NSI..." asking for me by name.   Again today - so finally I looked up this scam and found this forum.   I decided to call them .888-426-8323.  I first blocked my caller ID - I verified it was blocked by calling my husband's phone.  They answered the phone as some financial company - I said this isn't NSI?  He said why would you think it is NSI - I said I had received messages from Melissa about a lawsuit.  He said do you have your case #?  I said no - he put me on a 5-10 minute hold.. SOMEHOW - he now had my cell #, my name and my last for of my SS#!  How!  I said that it was not me but another name and asked they stop harassing me asking for someone else - they said they would remove my # from that case #...  This is some crazy stuff!  DO NOT fall for it.  If there was litigation against you, you would be served papers at your home or office - not by some sick phone scam

Of course he had your cell number, you cannot block your Caller ID when calling toll free numbers like this one.

They first sent me a message asking for Robert Davis and I deleted it then they tried calling me I didn’t respond then they gave me a voicemail mail saying there from NSI or MSI can’t really tell and talking about a Davis and gave me a case number the call back number is slightly different I’m 15 what I’m am I going to do

I called these scum buckets a few times and was surprised at how long they would stay on the line with me. Then I realized each call they hung up after three minutes. I’m guessing that if they stay on the line for at least three minutes they get some sort of bonus for the call. I would suggest if you’re going to call and harass them hang up after two minutes and 45 seconds so they don’t get paid.!
