888-427-1105

called my work line with a recorded message to call 888-427-1105; however the call ID showed 386-524-8125. I looked on line and it is apparently a known health insurance scam

called and said to call because they had paper to sign.

Caller left voice mail. Saying I needed to call corporate at -888-427-1105 and use reference # they gave me.  If I did not contact them within the next 48 hours they would consider the info. they have as correct and would proceed to to move forward to the fullest extent of the law.

Exactly the same comments/complaints as MM's and RM's above. That exact same message was left on my voicemail, which I didn't respond to because my wife and I thought it was probably a scam and I should check out the phone number on a Google search. Your site has now confirmed our suspicions.
