I received a call saying they were from the state of Wisconsin processing unit saying they were going to serve me paper for a wage garnishment and if I didn't respond by 5pm.they are going to serve me papers.they even gave me a phone number to call and case number.i don't work. I am a disabled person. They even knew my new address and my apartment number. And they also new the last four of my ssn.i have got three phone call from  this number. The second time they call i call the police department and they ran my name and could not find anything on me.i gave the police the case number. And they ran that to.and they did not find anything at all.there is something not right . It just crazy  it most definitely scam

Same caller, couldn’t tell me why, just gave me a number to call but it’s from Texas, definitely a scam

They called me and when I called back they didn't answer. Left a voicemail and they called back and hung up before I could answer.

I was called in regards of payday loan from over a year ago, I told them I would look into what I could pay after getting a new job but that didn’t go thru. I called trying to be responsible and they told me don’t worry about it papers will be given out Friday from not paying. I check my local court office for a pending civil case and found nothing under my name. They called my husband, brother in law and myself 2-3 times before saying papers are already processed as of yesterday but no civil records for me exist in my local court offices. Suspicious Scam had my family thinking I was going to jail smh.

Both of my parents got a call from this number, saying they were going to garnish my wages.  They gave a number to Franklin and Reynolds, but called from a different number. Most likely a scam.

Yup! Just received a VM advising they were going to be serving me regarding wage garnishment, the woman was calling from 775-977-1611 and left 888-427-1857 with a case # to call back with…I checked my name and the case # and shows nothing…ok then

Got a call claiming to be Rachael West for the "Iowa State Processing Unit" on behalf of Franklin and Reynolds lol. 1st look up the 888-427-1857 number she gave me, and it directed me to the CHEAPEST fake attorney website I have ever seen. Site was registered in November of 2024. Don't fall for this garbage. They are spoofing area codes to look local and using information they gained through data leaks to attempt to scare people into making re-occurring payments with them.
I didn't return the phone call simply blocked the number and informed my mom that she may get a phone call looking for me and to just ignore it also as this is what has happened before with this scummy "Process Serving" low life's.

Received a call from this number, the person that left the voicemail his name it’s Robin Myers on his voicemail he stated that he was calling me on behalf of Texas State processing unit to notify me of an assignment that they received from the attorneys office of Franklin and Reynolds telling them how to file a motion to the county for potential judgment. He also left me a case number, of course this is a scam..

Called me from 312 number left a voicemail stating I was going to be served wage garnishment through Orleans lol. What? I live in Illinois and have my entire life except for 27 years ago in Florida for 6 months. Then they call my mother who I haven’t lived with since 1997! Said they were from Franklin and Reynolds. Smh
