Calls every day but I hear no voice at the other end

888-427-2275  Same here.  Get a call @ work and no one is on the line.

get a call from this number every day or couple days.  no messages ever left.  have never answered.

Caller ID shows (800) Service on 10/20/2014 @ 03:56 PM. My wife used to get Silkies but they send them 10 times faster than they can be used. She cancelled but they continually call her when they've been told she'd call them.

Called on 10/27/2014 @ 11:38 AM. Legal call but annoying. Call to reorder Silkies. Caller ID shows New York NY.  No message was left.
I had Blacklisted this number. When my wife needs more Silkies I'll remove them from  Blacklist.

Yet another call on 11/10/2014 @ 04:00 PM. That was the final call for Silkies. It's obnoxious to call continually without using proper CID or leaving a message. They've earned a spot on Optimum's blocked number list and have been permanently blocked from using (888) 427-2275 to get through to my home.
