888 427-5632 Caller ID "Mid American Energy"  Its a valid Mid American Number but is being used by a spoofing scamoid piece of human sewage that threatens recipients with immediate termination of services (cutting off electric and gas) if they do not get a "payment" immediately over the phone.
Total crap of course...  Call 888 427-5632 and report the scam to MidAmerican - the number does work to put you into Mid American Auto Answer System Hell if you want to...
There needs to be a "Call Type" SCAMMER ! None of the existing items come anywhere near matching most of the scum bag calls.

Received a missed call on my cell phone from this number but didn't answer because I didn't recognize it.  Looks like I'm glad I didn't if it's a scammer.

MidAmerican Energy left an automated message on my voicemail stating that there will be utility work done in my area over the next few weeks. No attempt at invading privacy or collecting personal information was made.

Received message stating that they are currently have a tree pruning project in my area.

Received a call from Mid American Energy wanting to set up a Gas Meter Inspection. The automated message requested that I call back to make an appointment.  The number is valid but looks like some scammers may be using it to gain funds.

Out of work democrats laid off when the liar party failed to get re-elected, they will do anything for a dime, claiming to "work" for mid american energy, needing to view broken gas meter. Although mid american is run by Buffet, a liberal democrat his scams are more sophisticated. Real number but spoofed by lying cheating clinton types for phishing.

called my phone no voicemail left so when i checked my truecaller gave me 15 spam reports and i have a legit num for midamerica energy in my phone.

Says the person expecting an answer from someone who clearly posted 3 years ago.

Caller ID says MidAmerican Energy. I did not answer and they left a message saying my services were going to be terminated. I knew immediately it was a scam as out account is in my husband name and phone number. They are spoofing the number to make you think it is MidAmerican and attempting to get credit card information.

I keep receiving calls from this number looking for some lady.  It isn't me. But is whoever had this number before me.  I follow the instructions to talk to an employee to let them know it isn't me and I never get an employee on the line.
