I thought the same thing and I dug a little into it and come to find out, they were in fact on top of everything. They ended up working with me and helped me clear my case up. It turned out to be a pleasure speaking with this company.

If you were sooooo thrilled with this company then you'll have no trouble posting their complete name and mailing address.

Caimed to be a process server and when I asked him to mail me a validation letter he called me an incompetent f*ck.  Hmmm, I guess he didn't like that I didn't fall for his scam.

Told me on the first call that I owed money from an account that was opened in 1997.  Next call was that it was from an account opened in 2008.  Ran my credit report; found NOTHING.  They sent me a letter that my fourth graders could have created on a computer.  Their website is a joke, too.  I googled all of their numbers (none of which seem to be from the same area) and they all come up as spam. They say they can't provide me with any detailed information about this company that my account is with.  They rattled off 4 of my past addresses to which I told them anyone with access to White Pages.com could find.  I smell a scam.
