they called, woke me , when i answered no-one was there

Called me, missed the call but no voicemail or anything.  By chance do any of you have Charter cable or internet?  Sometimes they call after service to get feedback, and I just had them out to my house a couple days ago.

Charter was at my place yesterday, and I just got a call from this number today.

they called today and yesterday. Charter was also at my house last Friday. Called the number back yesterday and I got an outgoing message stating "Call the talk now hotline at (some other phone number)." Really wish they wouldn't call. This has been two days in a row. Annoying.

Got this call today too as NOT PROVIDED, and I had charter over here a week ago to fix my modem, I remember it was a week exactly because my friend has wednesdays off and she wanted me to go with her somewhere but I couldn't because I had to wait for them to show up, and the guy couldn't have me sign because his machine was dead usually I get a call immediately after an appointment but maybe cuz I couldn't sign they didn't call me, or my line was busy (as my aunt likes to talk to me for hours at a time) and this was the first time they actually got through.

Yeah confirmed it was them, they kept calling me every day until I finally answered and blew up on the guy.  This is just the survey you do after getting a service call, there's no way to opt out of the calls as they are "automatic from a third party company" or something.

At any rate, if you have a service call from Charter and get a random phone call from an 800 or 888 number afterwards, it's probably them, so best bet is to answer it immediately and tell them to [***].  Ignoring it will just result in them calling over and over and over again (but never leave a voicemail, which is annoying as hell)

Just called, voicemail said Social Security number and they found fraudulent activity.  Yeahhhhh right.
