im referring to a service that was opened in May of 08 with a so called "gina". She stated that i was to pay 600 for the case and the additional money that was put into it would be refunded. The additional amount of money was $500 and that was to be used for "energy". After two months went by she insisted to wait and that i shouldnt get my money back or else it wouldnt work. Then she stopped answering my calls and when she did answer she would tell me to call back. When i would call back, more than once, she wouldnt pick up.The times she did pick up she kept insisting to wait and ensured me i would receive my money. Today i called and she told ME off and hung up on me! SCAM! do not call this fake and give her money!

This person is definitely a SCAM.  I'm embarrassed to say that she scammed me out of a lot of money.  Unfortunately I was in a really bad place which made it easier for me to let her take advantage.  I've been researching and learned that she has numerous e-mail addressess, websites, and phone numbers so that she can continue scamming people.  I'm listing them below:

I wanted to add some food for thought.  I have e-mailed this person, and asked that they return the money owed to me.  If she does not, I am going to file a complaint with the internet crime complaint center.  It would help if anyone else scammed did the same.  I may not get my money back, but I don't think Gina, or whoever she is, should be allowed to continue scamming innocent people.  If you do not get your money back, and would like to join me in filing a complaint, the website is www.ic3.gov.

I have been able to get some of my money back, but I'm still waiting on the rest which is a rather large amount.

I do not talk to her anymore because she has not contacted me and none of the numbers that I have for her work.  I did report her to http://www.ic3.gov., so even if I don't get my money back, I hope they find her and prosecute her.

She is a con, and anyone who thinks she is great is just still being fooled.  I may not ever get all of my money back, but this woman needs to know that I'm never going to give up trying to get it back or get her stopped!  Below is some new information that I have found on her:

After LOTS of research, I believe all of the above information is correct.  I am positive the 888.881.1698 number is correct because I have called it many times and gotten voicemail.  I can tell she (whatever her real name is) is trying to disguise her voice / accent, but it is definitely her.  I have added all of this information to my complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov, and believe it would be a great help if everyone else would do the same.  Regardless of whether or not you decide to report her to http://www.ic3.gov, please post any additional information that you find here for everyone else to see.

You are awesome to find out all this info. I believe the reason she has all these sites is because her husband, boyfriend or whatever does web pages.

Anyone else notice how all three of her 'fans' have less than perfect English skills - in fact, they seem very, very similar....
