I am trying to figure out who keeps calling from this number, I have looked on the internet and can't seem to find anything on this number.  They call hang up and will call right back, when I actually answer it there is nothing on the other end.  The only debt I have is a student loan which I do not even have to start paying on until January.

my 10 year old son is getting repeated phone calls from 1-888-438-3767, and when I call it back it is a "Credit Management" service or business on the recording.  I have registered his phone number in the National No Call Registry, yet he still receives these calls.  I would like for this business or whoeve they are to stop harrassing my child with calls from "strangers" that he is not allowed to talk to.

The DoNotCall Registry works on voluntary compliance like speed limit signs on highways. Honest telemarketers honor the Registry, abusive telemarketers and scammers do not. Suggest you call your phone company and ask to block these abusive calls to a minor.
