this number is suppose to be for a market research firm that suppose to give you $1000 for groceries but before you get the gift card they want you to send $19.70 is this place legit

I heard this ad on a trusted radio station, so I decided to give them a call.  I called and when he got to "I have to pay $" I told him I would call back.  He asked why. I told him that I wasn't sure it was legit & I'd check it out online.  He assured me they were legit & had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  I'm not sure which BBB he meant :-), because bbb.org gives them an F rating.

I thought to get it for my sister, so I gave them all my credit card information including the secret code. Then I felt something is not right. Sure I can dispute it, but why shall I waste time to get this hassle? I called them hour after, the office closed, so I will have to try to cancel it tomorrow...yes, I m stupid. But I was not thinking of myself...
