It's Cox Communications, left a message informing that they are coming to fix our cable.

I received a call from this number today and would like that person to call me back.

This number has called me at least three to four times a day for the last couple of weeks.  It is Cox Communication.  I do not have service with them.  Not sure what to do about this problem...:(

got a voice mail from this numbe with some guy on the line talking about a video of some chick he was going to loop and put it online.
Cox reeeeeeeeallly needs to get a handle on their "great" customer service call back people.
almost makes me want to stop using them.

Got a garbled message from this number.  Could not make out a single bit of the message, including who was calling.  But if it was Cox, they need to devote better phone service to the customers AND the contract service people they send out.  Recently, a service man at my house was on hold for 45 minutes before he was able to connect to a person who could give him the info he needed.

This is Cox Communications.  I missed their call several times and they did not leave a message.  When I answered the call, they were following up on a service call they performed at my residence a few weeks earlier.

Cox Communications, they have called every morning for the last 5 days. I work in an area where I am not allowed to have my phone on me. Wish they would leave a miss or stop calling.

Called me several times daily, finally I was very annoyed and called them back.  Yes...they said they were Cox Communications and were wanting to ask me about service (recorded).  I Had already been called the day it was installed and answered the survey..and YES the installer was absolutely professional and informative.  They asked me (computerized) a couple of personal questions including the last four digits of my Social Sec. #....I waited and finally the computer asked if this was my phone# and recited it.  Wellllll....Because  it was obvious that whoever it was already knew that it was  and I said yes.  Next message was...LOL...(not a quote,.  I was laughing internally too hard :-).  Please be aware that when you speak to a customer serice representative that you will be charged a $10.00 service fee.  REALLY?  I don't even have a problem with my service.  Cox.... if this is you ..WOW.  I would like to believe that it is some kind of scam. Please say it's so.
