Yes, I know its collection and its rough enough.  I get mail, twice a week.  They have called me more than 15 times today.  I had to put my ringer off. So frustrating...

It sounded like the company's name is Accent, and they represent our insurance company.  They were calling in regards to a questionnaire that was sent out to us.  We haven't received such an item in the mail.

I can confirm the calls are legit. The company is Accent; they're a third party insurance company that works in conjunction with other insurance companies. I recently had to go through physical therapy again to maintain a prior injury I sustained a year ago from another physical therapist who caused the injury. Accent sent me a form on behalf of my insurance provider wanting to know if my recent claim for physical therapy was due to the lawsuit I filed with a previous physical therapist.

That it wasn't a car accident, wasn't the fault of another and did not happen on a property not belonging to me. They told me to throw away the letter they had sent. I got the persons name that I talked to and told them I was dating and keeping the letter. I had already sent back a response to the first letter but had not photocopied it. I said that I had sent back the first one and that I trusted they would not bother me again. She said they would not contact me again. She was actually very nice about the whole thing. Just Blue Cross trying to get someone else to pay the medical bills.
