    One of the robo blocking sites has a transcript of a call from this number.  It is one of the plethora of pre-approved loan offers invading our phone lines these days.  Call back got, "Please hold while we locate an agent to assist you."  I then got "Amanda" who, at first didn't want to tell me what company she was with unless I gave her my first and last name.  I asked, "is this about a loan" and she hung up.  So clearly a SPAM/SCAM call.  Block the number and report it to your carrier as SPAM that will warn others and should keep it from ringing through.
