Someone says they are calling from an attorney's office trying to get me to pay a bill that I already paid; but because I stopped payment on my acct. to them they want me to continue to pay them stating that they only took the money from me to keep my acct open but it didn't apply to my loan!!! Are you freaking kidding me??  Now they say they are sending dispatched units to my house or job to serve me papers to appear in court and if I go to court all negotiations are over and I will have to pay 5x what I owe + they are sueing me for fradulent check charges?? WHAT!!!???  Can someone please let me know if this is legit or a scam??

I got a phone call from them too. I also set up payments and thanks to your post I canceled payments. I would say it is fraudulent.

They were phoning my son (don't how they got his number) Saying I better call or else.. Phoned telling me I owe.. But don't tell me anything else but attorney fees....etc.. Fraud
