- JenBaits callers by sending out a notice (referencing a bank name) that you home warranty policy is about to expire and that a failure to call will result in you being liable. No valid company name on envelope or letter.
- JillNot a call, but a mailer. Same message as given to Jen, above, on April 9. States our Home Warranty will expire, no name of company, just "Kirk Lanahan", and a number. When you do some digging, you see they also fake debt help letters, and the company they did have has an "F" rating with the BBB. So, leave that letter/phone call alone! A hoax!
- Caller: Kirk Lanahan, NHS, LLC

- Mazhev| 1 replyMy last name was misspelled when I received the letter. I opened it and it's a pinkish/redish letter, usually when it's that color, it's really important... On the envelope it says "Do not Destroy".

- CWG40 replies to MazhevCommunications received by US mail which appear fraudulent should be taken down to the local post office so that the postal inspectors can take a look at it. This may be mail fraud.
- SRWe received the pink letter in the mail. Same message as Mazhev. Our home never came with a warranty (it's 20yrs old) so we're shredding the notice. PS: NHS, LLC didn't even return any google search results.
