What did they want, I got a call to stating they wanted to serve a family member court papers and that i had to be there. Sounded like a scam.

They are calling everyone in my family.

I don't think they're a scam. I called. They had a claim waiting in regards to my divorce. They had all the documentation correct. I talked to a nice lady that helped me.

Since you know so much about them, how about sharing ALL their information with us?  What is their

I would love to know who they are ...my sister in law got a call at work about me  and forwarded me the voice mail ...I have no idea who they are but I guess they will be at my house on Monday to serve me with court papers and I have to be home  between 12p and 2pm and have 2 valid forms of ID to prove it's me ??? They stressed I need to be home to receive court documents ??? I thought you get warnings in the mail from a creditor or at least a phone call ?? I have no idea who this company is ???  They claimed being from Ford Motor Credit ?? I don't own a Ford and never had credit with them ?? Lol...I smell a scam !!! Lol !!! I also checked my city and county sites and I'm not being sued for anything ...don't always believe phone calls you get ...check them out first .,scammers just want your money !

They have been calling me every day for about 5 weeks now "claiming" to be trying to reach someone who isn't in my household. They always call my cell number (which I've had since 2007, so I know this seems like a bogus scam). If I answer and say hello multiple times no one answers and they sit on the phone for a minute or so then hang up. I've even answered the phone saying stop calling no one here by that name. I researched your number online and found several sites stating its a scam. They always call with a Williamsburg, KY number 716-616-3571. Anyone know when they will stop calling or how to get the calls to stop.

^^^ 716 area code is WNY (I know I live here), but I just got a call from the 888 number and let it go to voicemail but of course they didn't leave one.
