Let a message at our business, demanding we call him back about our gas service. Caller ID showed number 810-202-0843, but he left this number to call him back

Herman called our business asking for ****** in AP (who passed away two years ago, she hasn't been with the company for over six years), made it sound like he worked with PG&E, when I offered to take a message and pass it on, I said, "so you are with PG&E right Herman?" He said,"no, I'm with Blue Spruce".
Sounds like a scam, I will not be passing on the information.

"jeff" called stating that he must speak with someone that can make the Consumers Energy cost recovery program.  have had similar calls, that have reached out to senior citizens to scam them, always, they want you to have a copy of your energy bill handy so they can "help" recover any costs and switch you over to their company.  this company was Kratles or Krados….

The company name is Kratos and they called our office stating they are with Consumers Energy.  They want your account number to hijack your gas billing.  Do not give them any information.  They are a SCAM.  They do not work with Consumers Energy or any known Utility ( DTE, PG&E).  I called Consumers directly and reported them to their SCAM Department.

Kratos is the name.  One of those hijack your utility companies.  I got the same call.  Call Consumers and report them.  Consumers has nothing to do with this company

Claiming to be Krato Power & Gas wanting you to pay for your natural gas through their company instead of Consumers Energy. Total scam and very rude! They keep calling our business and asking for a person who they think is the owner and they don't even have correct information. They will never get through on my watch.

SCAM

Stacey Kratos called wanting to speak to the Property Manager, said that we were eligible for competitive rates for our gas through DTE Energy.  She wanted me to provide her the numbers on the back of our DTE bill.  Oh, and she did mention "This is a recorded line" well into our conversation.

Very pushy hung up on Brenda and she called right back.   Told her I don’t carry bill around in pocket. Said it was important that we call her back before 5 pm tomorrow.  Go to hell you stupid scammer.

Called stated from Kratos and to call Brenda back regarding the Holt location.  She is following up on our consumers & gas bill and have that ready when call her back.  Her number was 888-449-6744 ex 3024.  Did not call back because Brenda was talking way to fast when leaving the message

Received a call on my answering machine saying my husband, using his name, but full first name. Our bills/utilities are in his full name. I thought at first it was from our BP gas station, she spoke so fast. She saud she was calling about our DTE bill, called back and knew she was trying to sell something. I told nope and hung up. You know when they have a goofy voice say your call is important to us please hold...that its a scam!

She called our office today asking for the Treasurer or who handles our DTE account. She needed a copy of the bill. I said, so you are not calling from DTE? She said no it's Kratos. I said I find it strange that the caller ID is listed as unavailable. She tried to reassure me that it was a legit program they were doing and that we were signed up with DTE

Call to my business from Kratos Gas and Power. I searched the return phone number, and found a legitimate website with service in my area. The website offers reduced rate natural gas service for one month, then reverts to their normal fluctuating rate. Unwanted telemarketer.

Good job finding that.  I had a hard time locating it until I went to the Terms and Conditions.

It's a scam when they call stating its imperative you return their call about the status of your billing.

That person posted here in 2018.  I'm not sure why people feel compelled to reply to posts that were made years ago and then expect those people to stop back to see the replies.  You would have been better off reading and learning.  I see at least one poster that figured this out in this thread.

Lady named Stacey called from this number saying she needed to speak my manager about the Dominion Gas bill I asked to take a message se gave her name and her number to call back and said to make sure we had a copy of our gas bill. Very rude,

Received several calls from this number, each time it's a different company.  Company name (at least for today) was Krados/Kratos.  Female left message that I needed to call and have my bill in hand ( page 3) so I could get a rate reduction.  Complete scam.  The number the caller was calling from was a cell number... another red flag!

Received a call today (the number called back 2x before a message was left).  Lady said her name was Katie with PG&E and she had my bill in her hand.  Number called from was 707-629-4328. Information that popped up said:  M8271212100005.  Number "Katie" left for me to call back was 888-449-6744 x 4003.  I'm not calling back and I did a Google search of the number and read the other notes from 2017.

Steven Holt called today from 888-449-6744 x 3023 - Said he was with PG&E - SCAM!!!! Then was rude when we said we weren't interested in what they are selling.....
