    Hey Belinda

We are in Australia and have been duped by these people also.  We have notfied our bank, cancelled our cards and the bank is investigating. I doubt there wil be any luck in tracing these scammers but we can try.  Good luck and let us know if you have success.  Sharon

Just noticed $110 worth of charges on my bank statement.  Have been trying to get a hold of the company too with no luck.  Hope my bank can get the money back to me.  Gonna get in touch with the local news and see if we can put a stop to this..  Good luck to everyone!!

Just been scammed myself. In total $155 dollars worth that they got and my bank called this morning asking if I had made a transaction of $800 odd dollars to the Italian rail corperation. Off course I hadn't. Cancell your cards imediatly if you have downloaded the "antivirus" program. It actualy got my wifes card number aswell so I think it has set a trojan or something.

I totally agree.  Someone stole my wallet over the weekend and used my credit card on allbilling.net.  I made the police report and tried contacting this place...no one answered.  An answering machine came on which was too full to take my message.  I emailed them, which automatically shot back to me in an error.  Anyone have a new number for them????  THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this. After contacting BBB, Attorney General & Google search the number I went back to the application and if you scroll down past the check out box you can see the 2 check marked boxes for the $24.95 & $19.95 extras. Not a honorable, integrible or moral thing to do but this is one of the tactics many businesses are turning to in an effort to increase their sales. I see it as cheap & sleezy and don't trust as I wonder what else is up their sleeze that I have to constantly be on my toes and guard my family against. We shouldn't have to always be on guard against these tricks, scams and schemes. Honesty is still the best way. BUYERS BEWARE.

In hopes that they are legit I called them to let them know all the above in hopes they may correct the "oversight". If they don't they can expect lots more hurt, angry and disappointed customers that will demand their hard earned money back. I didn't even see the 2 check marked boxes below the check out, I guarantee 9 out of ten others didn't either. It's not their choice to make choices for us, we are not stupid people. Put the boxes in view before the check out box and let us decide. Further more, 95% of us are making minimium wage to $14.00 per hour, do you know how many hours we have to work to buy this product let alone pay an average rent or mortgage of $1,300.00, insurance for everything, upkeep, clothes, shoes, furniture, nutritional food, etc., etc., do the figures. If the costs of everything doesn't come down to min. wage & $14.00 per hour prices we will just destroy the world.

as I said to you Mr. Oswald Z'souza, on the phone and as you did not listen to me nor would you allow me to talk to your supervisor I am not happy! 1. I am not happy with the product because when I loaded it, it crashed my computer, 2. then I got a virus after your product was loaded! 3. I spent mony to call a repair man to remove the virus and trojan that was on my computer. 4. I am requesting a refund of all three charges that have been placed on my account. 5. Your product did not work on my computer and now that my computer has been fixed I do not care to try it again. I wish for my money to be refunded, asap.

I have also been charged $130.00 Australian for a antivirus 2009 package because a warning came up on my computor to tell me I had 39 viruses. Now my credit card shows 3 amounts in Euros and than translated to Australian dollars.  I have had to cancell my credit card through my bank and they have put a dispute in about it.

Same as everyone else. My son had a virus on his laptop and purchased the Anti virus xp 2008 program using my credit card. Three seperate deductions then appeared for 35.57 EURO, 17.92 EURO and 23.92 EURO. Needless to say the program didn't work. I have sent 3 e-mails demanding my account be creditted with a refund but no reply. Furious!!!
