This company has called me and my minor disabled cell as well.  He actually has been threatened but the bwill not who they are and will also call and not leave message or say anything.  When a live person calls me they ask for me by nameor my dead husband but will not say who they are just that owe money.  My husband has been dead for over 3 years.  I have tried talking with my cell carrier and state there is nothing that can be done in this matter to have the number from his phone but i could buy a different phone for $150.  States does not have capabilities to block number in their computer system.  HMMM why can not a company take care og this especially since the number is for a disabled minor child.  It will take 30+ days for GTC and state Attorney General Office and for the Do Not Call Rregistry to deal with the manner.

keeps calling & asking for the same person.  this has been going on for months.  automated woman's voices leaves a message saying if you're john so and so please stay on the line.  for the past few months, i've been ignoring them.  finally spoke to a person and she said it would be 48 hours to take my number off the list.  it's been over a week.  suspect?

This number call me almost everyday. It's a voice mail for a Korean name, not my name, I think it's for the person who previously owned my number. Since it's a voice message I couldn't tell them to stop calling me because I am the WRONG PERSON they tried to reach! Since it's none of my business so I added this number to reject list. It's still annoying to see it appears on my miss call list tho'

If you do not wish to receive calls from a caller, simply save them as a contact by giving their number a name, something that at you will recognize at a glance. A line of letters, symbols anything to remind you that this is an unwanted caller. While the company that called might tell you that they will remove your number from their list, the people who will ultimately purchase their list might not remove it. The calls might never end until the last bottom feeder gives up on your account. This has worked for me for the past year.

CBA - they call daily. I lost my job two years ago.  I've told them.  They don't care.  So, I don't answer them anymore.

CBA - They keep calling me two or three times a day.  I paid off this debt to Hinckley & Schmidt back in January, but they keep calling.

I got that call on my cellphone twice, but the message was digitized and I couldn't make out anything. I own my car and house, and owe nothing else, so I wonder what that's about.

They received my voicemail and left me a message in Spanish.  Deleted....

They are back.  Called but left no message.

Collection agency playing pre-recorded auto-dialing message for a person who does not and has never been at this telephone number.
Spoke on the phone with an agent who thinks I'm playing games to avoid debt.
Few more calls and I'm getting the police involved.

Called the office and had number supposedly removed we'll see.
The lady hung up on me when I tried to explain that a pre-recorded auto-dialing message is harassment.
Already reported to the BBB for very illegal telephone business practices, another call and that'll be the police.

We get calls at the office ALL DAY from this number and no matter who answers the phone the caller immediately hangs up.  So, we don't know who they are looking for or why they are calling.  My supervisor is going to call the number to see if she can't find out the who/why.  Thereafter she is advising them that if they continue to disrupt our ability to do business the company lawyer will be notifying them.  Very annoying and very disruptive - constant calling really takes away from trying to service our REAL customers.

They keep calling when I am gone all day.  No message ever left.  I do not owe anyone any monies and this is getting to be harrasment.  STOP CALLING.

I've had this new cell phone number for two days and this is the first call that I received. It is also the first number on by blocked list.

I called this number back and it is a collection company. I asked why they called this number and they told me that it was previously assigned to a different person and reassigned to me, obviously they were trying to contact that other person. They were very polite and told me that they will remove my number from their system.

Collections company. They first called me around 3 months ago. I told the person that I was not paying the bill. He asked me if the address he had on record was the address I could be "served" at. I told him it was. Nothing ever showed up. In the meantime I kept  getting daily calls from this company. I sent a letter to the address provided by the caller, instructing that all further communication be sent to my attorney. (We feel we have a good case to fight these charges.) As of yesterday, my attorney has not received a letter or call from this company's legal department or law firm. Got another call from them today. Insane.
