It's a phishing scam. Google "BOH phishing scam" and you'll find out in articles that this number is being spoofed.

When answered, automated recording started talking about lowering my interest rate ... I hung up.
I am not a BOH customer and last time I was, I had a different number.  So I suspect they got their phone list from another source (Hawaii source or Equifax?), and are just playing the odds that most HI nums are BOH customers and would likely be fooled.

Best thing to do is to NOT answer any calls that you don't recognize.  If it's important they will leave you a VM; if it's not there won't be any.  I do this now, and find that the number of these phishing calls I get have dropped.

Call received on my cell phone.  Strange number calling.  Did not answer and caller hung up.  Checked caller number and showed it was Bank of Hawaii.  Have account but no BOH credit card.
