I was getting these call from BG & Associates as was referenced in the thread earlier and now they are saying that they are Pierson & Associates. Really. How many different agencies can have this number? If this is a legal matter the proper people will eventually get ahold of me but until them forget that I am not giving them any information.

these people are calling me saying they have a legal matter and i have no delb out there.

they are calling my job and threatining that they will come and serve papers to me at my job is there anyone who can help stop this?

Im having the same problem they are calling my job saying they are sending people here to serve me papers. dont know what to do ?

Contact the FTC and file a complaint and take these criminals down

Received a phone call at my place of work and a message was left stating.

That a Mark Morgan from the countys processor department was getting set up to serve me papers but are willing to give you a chance to call the firm handling (THE CASE ) before they do so. Its regarding a garnishment that will be sent to the payroll department.

This has a total scam written all over it. Report these criminals File a complaint with the FTC and file a complaint with your attorney genral of your state

File a complaint in whatever state you live in with your attorney general. Give thme any onformation you can. names, phone #s they leave extensions etc.

Also file a complaint with the New York attorney general. This is where they say they are located.

File a complaint with the FTC . Eventually they will be taken down but everyone who gets contacted by them needs to file.

These are Criminals and need to be dealt with.

Call them back and demand information but give them none about you.  

They did give me a mailing address of PO Box 40  , Lakeview New York , 14085.
