THIS IS A SCAM - THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

This is an attempt from Chase home mortgage services to let you know your home loan is almost past due, and they will either take a phone payment, or put it in their records you have mailed your payment.  This is legit.

No other mortgage comapny we've ever had treated us like idots.  I hate chase mortgage We refinanced our house and had no choice as to who we got.  We had WHAMU before and they were GREAT, we could pay online for free if we did it by phone it was $10 (chase charges $15 yet we can pay our CC online but not our house payment.  

CHASE is a massive pain in the A**.  Their people in the collection dept act like they are gods.  We've told them we don't want calls from them unless the payment is past due.  We don't always get paid on the 1st and it's not past due until the 16th yet they continue calling us.  I swear if we can we will get rid of these bums.  If you have a choice don't get a CC though them or your home loan.  Citi bank is great for CC and WHAMU is great for home loans.
