Just rec'd a call from this number stating that I am a person of interest in some investigation but the guy didn't leave his name or company name. Does anyone have a clue who/what this is?

Same as above. They called my new cell phone number.

I just got a call also, they don't even say the name of the person who their looking for. So I just hung up and won't answer anymore calls from this number.

Just got a call saying I was a person of interest in an investigation and that this was one of two attempts to contact.  I think it is a debt collector.  Didn't identify himself or the company he was calling for.

I just got called to this was crazy do u, feel intimated,. I sure did.  Its wierd.

I just got the same call.  I went my Verizon account and blocked the number.

HA-ha! This number just called and I let it go to voicemail.

What a joke... it starts off as dear sir or ma'am. These charmers don't even know what gender they are trying to reach.  

Then they want me or my attorney to call the number back. Well now... that is rather presumptuous of them to assume that (1) I would call back (2) that I have any reason to retain an attorney or (3) that said attorney would respond to such a vague message.

Oh well... I guess this economy is keeping someone employed. So, call someone who cares!
uh do I really need to tell you that would NOT be me. lol

Same exact voice message, verbatim!!!  Guy trys to sound all threatening with this stupid voice. WHATEVERRRRRRR....tell me your god damn name, who you work for, WHY you're calling and I'll talk to you, other than that, get bent.  I don't know WHO had my number before but he or she gets ALOT of these types of calls!!!!!

I just reported them to the Attorney General's office and my local police department took a report. Do not speak with them, allow them to leave a message threatening to come to your house with police that they work for Maricopa County Legal Sheriff Joe Arrpio comes and eats at my place all the time. I wait on him; he likes me a lot. He had me record all the call and 1866-981-6464 Bill Jennings, Nicholas and Grant 1866 472 5873 Jame Willson are fakes and have no right to collect in our state, but the Attorney General her and the state the collection agency is licensed in is now under investigation. Furthermore, my attorney will be filing a law suit for $100,000 in damages for violations under the FACC.

just got a voicemail from James Roachio or however you spell it, from the Office of Nichols and Grant i am to call him before he sends information to my state that will come to my home and work to pick me up.  I say to you or anyone associated with you... I AM WAITING...   I have been through so much and much more important things than to deal with your theiving [***].  if you want me apparently you know how to find me.

i to have got this same message and reported them to the attorney generals would like to now what firm you are using to press charges.

hello i got a call from the same number today at work. which i wasnt there they called and harrasst my supervisor saying they werer coming with a summons for a lawsuit aginst me for what would not say. what should i do? trying to call the number got some automated co. not sure what is..is from same people you guys posted nicholas and grant.

I just had someone call from this number stateing that they were calling about a bad check and if I did not answer I would be served papers either at my home or at work. When I called the number back it just rang and not one answered. Does anyone know about this number.

I got a missed call today from Unknown and didnt answer.. They called back again about 10 mins later and I answers and he was rambling on about who he was so i hung up, he called back immediately and left a 2 minutes voicemail, saying you need to contact us immediately, something about a bad check.. that he gives me two hours to call the claims office and try and get things worked out or he will be serving me with papers at either my home or office and that i seem like the kind of person who wouldnt want to take this lightly.. all this crap... At first its kind of creepy like "oh [***]" but then your just angry because you read of all these all people who get the same call and same BS, and make ya just wanna get ur hands on the idiots

I received another call from this number except it was a different number but the same people they stated that we would be served papers if we did not respond He stated that we had gotten a cash loan from a loan place and never paid it back this was in 2006.  I did call this individual and he had told me that the someone had attempted to call and that I had to them to F-off. You have to understand I would never state that I would have dealt with it. He did not want to hear that so he was just rattling off my social security number and other things. He did state that we would be served paperwork. If they do serve this paperwork what can I do and what can I do about this company.

This group do we have accept the paperwork and also can they go to our job. Can anyone let me know. I would greatly be appreciated.

I got a call today from this place and they said they were serving ms papers and I had twenty minutes otherwise I needed to close my accounts and direct deposits or they would take my money
And called me ignorant and told me they gave me their name and they didn't

Not only did these [***] call me today, they have been calling family members. Threatening me with lawsuits, telling me if I don't respond within so many hours they were coming after me, threatening me with all sorts of legal consequences. They pretend to be lawyers, they are not. I called them back and as soon as I started to ask questions the [***] hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals office and with the Federal Trade Commission. No point in filing with the Better Business Bureau, they have an "F" rating. Why are these morons still in business?

I keep getting the same song and dance as you guys.I let voicemail pick it up.They keep claiming they know where I work and am of special interest and will show up with TPD.Those fools have no idea where I work and only my wife and family have the shop#.Also like all of you,I start asking questions and they hang up.
