its linked to national debt relief initiative.  they're based in washington dc, but i can't find anything online to show they're actual debt counselors to help you and not a company that is going to hurt you and put you into more debt.  i wouldn't answer, but you never know.  we get letters from them all the time saying we're eligible for up to 30,000 in debt relief.  their number, the one you put, is on the bottom of the letter.
