This is an outfit called Affordable Healthcare. They are offering one of those timeshare health plans that you and your friends can buy. Once you have it, one of you can use it on say a Monday and then another one of you can use it on another day. However no two members of the group of the Affordable Healthcare plan can use it on the same day. The bigger your group the cheaper the Affordable Healthcare is. However, it is not recommended that the group gets larger than 30 people or someone will never be able to use it unless it’s a 31 day month which is the cheapest of all their Affordable Healthcare plans. I passed on the deal.

The caller did not leave a message.  The telephone number matches a website health-exchange.com, but since I haven't had any conceivable business relationship that that company, I presume that the call was illegal.

Answered, no reply and hung up call. I've now blocked the number
