Message stated they received a complaint under my name and SSN and for me to call back ASAP. Is this a scammer call?

Of course it is.

Received the same message about a complaint for my name and SSN.  They were spoofing the phone number and it came in under 757-520-4102, but the message said to call this 888-481-1696 number.  Obvious spam.  Report, block, and delete.

Currently getting same calls, but they are calling friends and family as well

Same message about me being involved and they have my SS # or they need it. I blocked it.

Received same message from CS Mediation at 380-230-1287.  Something about a complaint filed against me.

They have called three times threatening to proceed legally if I can't be reached to resolve the issue.

Received a call under the number 435-240-8633. Left a voicemail saying they are CS Mediation and are looking to obtain a voluntary statement regarding a complaint that's been issued against me. Provided the callback number 888-481-1696.

Just got a super muffled call and couldn't make out half of it but Jessica Barnes from something mediation and they need to speak to me or my attorney about a complaint filed against me? Left this 888 call back number.

Got a call from 3802301287 saying they were from CS Mediation trying to reach my mother in law. I called back and told them not call my number about anything and I blocked the number.

Same here. Even my kids #s.

The person calling from this number called me several times from several different numbers. Harassing me and calling me names.

Then those other calls didn't really come from this number now did they?

Called my brother and left a message stating it was CS mediation and they needed to get my side of a complaint filed against me. I called left a message with my number. I'm waiting to see what happens.
