Don't know who this is. Hoping someone has seen this number before.

I don't know who it is but they call everyday and never leave a message.

We were finally told that calls from this number (they hinted) are possibly being orchestrated by a company working for/with Bank of America. If we needed more information to contact Bank of America at 1-800-669-5790. However, we were also told that even though this group could call us all hours all day long and  all night long on Saturday and Sunday (from phone # 888-481-5790); The Bank of America phone # we were given (1-800-669-6650), states via a recorded message that their offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Is this a Scam? Anybody else receiving these calls?

Yes I'm receiving the calls.

Yes.  I am getting them too.  They tend to call when the B of A offices are closed so I can't check on them.  I am highly suspicious, but have yet to verify it.

scam - will rip off your bank account, escrow account, etc

BIG SCAM - will rip off your bank account, escrow account, etc.

Bank of America is illegally selling your mortgage and other info on
the open market - get a debt collection lawyer, they are usually
free - and you could get up to $1000.00 for each time they call,
depending on which state you live in.  Sue the Bank of America.

A new scam.  No legit company will ask for your full SSN and loan #.

This is definitely a scam the number shows up as dialer on the caller ID. BofA would not being using a third party on their behalf. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my mortgage loan. They want to send me papers and to give them info on preventing foreclosure when, like I said that my mortgage is fine. I asked to speak to BofA directly and they put me on hold, trying to get someone probably o pretend they are within BofA's mortgage department. There mortgage department is closed on the weekend to existing mortgage loan customers. At first I thought they where legit and verified my loan number, which a previous person said don't give it to them, bofa would never ask for that info. I am going to alert the mortgage department on the next business day. Also I have a credit monitoring service to alert me if anything is done in my name.

This company said they were for debt relief regarding B of A mortgage.  I called B of A mortgage and they and found out there was some kind of glitch in their system that showed a late payment. He acknowledged that this company is , or works with B of A. Cleared up the glitch and customer service rep said he would make sure my number was off of that companies call list.  Have not received any calls from them since. Still fishy on B of A's part........
