Got a call saying that my husband had a court summons for a debt that had been dismissed as identity fraud.  Gave me a phone number to call for more information.  When I called, the same woman answered (which is hilarious - it appears their sham operation is understaffed).  She reiterated it was for the debt that we had already filed a police report on.  When I pointed this out to her and said I'd be happy to give her the number of the police report, she hung up on me.  A total scam!  Don't pay them any attention.

received a call from an unknown ID caller saying that a person with my same first name was being served some papers by a private courier service at a specific home address and or they were going to that person's work next. she provided a call back number and I asked for the person who left the message "Tami Woods" and they said there is no one here by that name. I asked who I was speaking with, he said "Justin Stevens" with IRM, I asked what is that he said "Integrity Recovery Management". told him they had the wrong person attached to my phone number. he said I'll make a note of that and hung up.

Mr. *** this is Sean Walker a private courier for syria(?) area calling to see if you notified about the seal(?) documents supposed be delivering to you today and you coming out *** Make yourself available with proper state ID to sign off on documentation. If for some reason you're not gonna be available today. You need to contact the filing party and reschedule with them their number and the document provided to me here is 888-481-6097. Tonight city or something

Got a call from a Restricted number, so I did not answer.  Lady left a voicemail addressing me as "January" which is not my name.  Said she was on her way to my residence to serve me papers, and that i need to be ready with my ID.  Said if I wasn't going to be home then i need to call 888-481-6097.  I have never heard of a courier service warning someone about being served papers.  Probably a scam to see if you have a working number.  I did not call them back.

Called from a private number, gave me this number to call, said that "x" (my deceased father) had some papers to sign for, gave a docket number and a county nearby.  She got angry and hung up when I said he was deceased.  Tried to call the number but it wasn't in service.

I just got the same message from a person name Allie Barton.  I don’t know what she is talking about. But she knew my name and street name. I suspected scam immediately. There was no way this is real. I googled the number and found this site. Your message is exactly like mine except a different private carrier

This lady called and left a message for my ex-husband's 3rd wife and even gave the street number for her.  She stated this was her final attempt to reach this person and if she wasn't there then she would mark the paperwork as a refusal.  She stated that she could call back at 888-481-6097.  I have been divorced for 28 years from him and they have been divorced about 24 years.  She and I have absolutely no contact and never have so I have no idea how they got my phone number for her.

Just got same message as the folks above from a female caller on my cell phone.  Total scam!

I just received a voicemail with the same EXACT message from a "Sean Walker" as well.

This is definitely a scam.

Got same message to address I have not lived at for the past 6 months. Not sure what carrier services do this, but sounds fishy. Good thing I checked google. Will post back with any outcome

I got this call today for my ex-wife. No company name and the caller number was blocked. Lady said she would be coming out to serve papers at her home and work. No other info other than she’s coming out today with certified papers and should have state issued I.D. Also said to call this number to reschedule.

Scam!

Caller called looking for Devian Walker at --- address.
Stated  - I'll be heading out there within the hour make sure you are there available with state issued photo ID and make sure that there is a witness available.  If you are not at home we will make an attempt to go to your last know place of employment.
Left a "filing party's " phone # of 888-481-6097

Same thing for my daughter in law. Saying the same thing. Whats with people?!

Number call about serving papers. Has to be a scam because since  when a process sever call to warn you about being served
