What's interesting is I've never received a first call from Ms. DelRio - however, I did receive a call last week from a "local" number, with a vm from a Josie Watts - SAME VOICE as Ms. DelRio, but telling me to call 855-869-4698.  More scammers! (cross posted).

Local number = SPOOF which is illegal.  Process servers DO NOT call & warn you.  BLOCK them.  Report at www.consumerfinance.gov & your state attorney general.

Just received the exact same series of calls. Was going to call the number but glad I  google searched the number. I wish these folks would get a job and stop trying to rip folks off.

This is a scam. I have worked at the same place for 20 years and I have lived at the residence since 2005 and not once has anyone tried to serve me with papers.

Just got a restricted call which led to a vm from the J. Delrio woman. Funny thing it was addressed to my husband.  Told him to call 888-481-7323

Left VM from J.Delrio same message was left 2 weeks earlier from a J.Watts. about serving paperwork need signature. Living same place for over 30 years and job for 3yrs. I glad I check the # and saw postings. Total scam! !

Received a call from this number saying they tried serving legal documents at place of employment and home! Received calls for about 2 weeks today! Stating it was processes company serving papers for a mediation firm in New York. Transfered me over to that firm! A person named Liz Prescott. 866-329-7572.

VM saying they were in process of serving me a summons. Asked me to verify the last 4 of SSN and address. Told them “address is correct but I’ll wait to have papers served and will not verify SSN. Scary thing the sound like older women and speak English with very little accent. ND States Attorney verified this is a new scam method.

Wanted my social security number over the phone. No freaking way. These people are not legit, and there's nothing to serve me anyway. BTW I am in GA - I see that 'Ms. Delrio' also called some of you - if you're in a different state than GA then that's more proof this is a scam.

Just got a vm from jessica delrio I already knew it was a scam this happened to me before

She called again a moment ago.  This is my "final" chance.  Has been to my home multiple times, as well as my place of employment and will be searching for me TODAY!  So pathetic...just so freaking ridiculous!!!  Do they just ASSUME that even though I work every day and no one has been to my office, nor has anyone been by my house (security camera tells me when someone is walking on my property) - that I will still call them???  GET A LEGAL JOB SCAMMERS!!!

JDelrio called from a local...once a week for the past 3 weeks.

They called from local number told me they have a case against me from my county I live in. She can discuss further or submit it to the local court I told her to submit it so we shall see

Just received a call from Liz Prescott today, I think it's a scam. Did you figure out if it was.

They told me that I had a law suit against me for fraud from not paying back a payday loan. I thought it was legit. They initially asked for last 4 of my SSN. When I confirmed they had ALL of my info. They said if I didn't pay $197 of the remaining payday loan I would have to go to court and pay upward of $2,000 to the payday loan people that were supposed filing against me. Supposedly from 2013. Definitely not accurate unless someone was fraudulent against me, but from the sounds of the other message that isn't the case. I'm just hoping that the conversation yesterday isn't going to hurt me.

I had the same message. The name is not even my name. They've been calling and leaving messages like this for "Deon Jackson" for months now from various numbers.
