- KristiDo not even answer the phone. When they finally answered the fifth or so time i answered the call, it bogusness of insurance with a free giftcard if you start. i said no and hung up. a woman named tiffany prank called my number for about two weeks after until i finally answered screaming. It was someone else with the same number. so i was polite, and said yes to their offer. i was supossed to get details in the mail including my fifty dollar walmart giftcard. i never recieved either. i pay my credit card online and today i noticed a 50 fee in my account. i called and asked this number (which was not the number that origionally called me) and said who are you? the girl had a name and account for me onfile and said i agreed to pay a fee of 50 a month for 16 months for id protection. I WOULD NEVER DO THAT! i told the girl i will not pay that and cancel my account immediatly. she said she would for a fee of 400 bucks. i said heck no! she said ok well how about i make your payments every month from 50 to 45? i said no! i want it cancelled. she debated with me back and forth going from 45 to 37 to 25 and finally to 20. i said i am sorry but i am not paying your company 20 a month for 16 months. thats [***]. your sales woman conned me into this. i never got any further information on this. i want this crap cancelled. so then the canceling fee went from 400 to 375 to 320 to 250 and then believe it or not, to 100 bucks. i could have told the girl she was still completely nuts and shes not getting [***] from me, but since i had been on the phone a half hour argueing already. i said fine. charge me the 100 bucks. cancel my acount and never try to contact me again. she gave me my cancelation number and hung up on me. terrible terrible choice on my part to agree to people that were bugging me and rude in the first place. DONT EVEN ANSWER THIS PHONE CALL!!!!!

- deanI ran into this exact scam, although I believe I was supposed to get a restaurant gift certificate rather than Walmart. I never received the promised email or any other information. When I saw the $43.67 charge pending in my bank account, I called 8884852627. They asked for an account number I never received. Eventually the woman on the other end told me it was for their Identity Protection program. I told them I wanted everything cancelled immediately. She began going into a pitch. I told her I really didn't want to have to get my attorney involved and suddenly everything was cancelled. I figure I'm still out the $43.67 but hopefully nothing more.

- Christie CooperYea, what a scum bag company. I did pay $1.49 for a product.. Pearl White. It was supposed to be a sample. Next thing I know I have a charge for $87.68!!!!! I filed a fraud report, bank said I had to contact them because it looks like I signed up for something BULLCRAP!! I would NEVER do that !! So the number I called was different than this one, and I went round and round with these people. Finally, they agreed to credit me and only charge me a small fee of $24.95 to cancel my account and stop future shipments? Of which I dont' have any anyway?? And I don't want this crap!! I hesitantly agreed to the $24.95 so as to end this stupid thing. What a crappy way to do business, friggen scammer companies. However, I see the new charge now, but the OLD ONE IS STILL THERE. I called again. Guy tells me it takes 24 hrs to 7 days to send the credit. REALLY?? because it took less that 24 hours to add the additional charge!! I will be calling every day til I get that credit back. Pathetic company. Terrible way to do business.
