i never apply for a loan and you took money from the account with no autorization

you are going to peoples accounts taking money i never apply for a loan and i don't autorized you to take money on my bank

I also got scammed from this Co. and I'm very upset about it!!! They took $29.95 from my account,without my authorization and it costs me a $36.00 OD fee with my bank,not happy at all!! I called them and they said to go online to mlhelp.org and cancel and request a refund and I did that and are suppose to receive the credit of the $29.95 in my account within 1-5 days,so I'll see and if not,I'll be contacting them again by phone and will report them to the Better Business Bureau!! And in the meantime,I'm trying to work with my bank to refund the $36.00 OD fee because of this problem with this Co. Stay away from them!!

Now you don't answer the phone or you think I won't call the police and make a report.

I asking for the return of the 29.95 that's the way you do to people come on the privacy and use the accounts and then ..............sorry...

You took money out of my account illegally

This company took money out of my account.  I have NO idea who they are I want my money back PLUS for the hassle

These people also took $ from my account. I want refund plus more for the hassle. This is ridiculous &im pissed

They took money out and I cancelled the service. This was last week and still no refund. What can I do? They said I should get the refund by Monday.

They charged my Account 29.95 for a service I did not get or use form them ,Call your bank as soon as u notice there charges .

i did not authorize your company to charge my account i do not know who you are or anything about you, i have disputed this charge with my bank and if that doesnt resolve it i will prosecute you to the fullest extent, my husband is a prosecutor and is waiting to see if you refund the money and if my account gets any fees because of your theift you will be charged the fee amounts also

Never heard of this company so why did this place withdraw 29.95 out if my account with out my permission to do so......So I suggest u return it r I will file charges against this company and hiw did you get my informatuon

I had the same problem and my bank Chase took care of it with-in the hour. My advice is do what I did many years ago and leave Wells fargo they are the worst bank I hav eever dealt with

[***] got me too n I got charged OD fee because didn't know they had taken money, and I had just enough money for a bill in ny account to come out the same day they took it .

they took money form my account and was not authorize.  the number is 888-485-5853, I'm get not answer.  Please put my money back I will turn over to the FBI.

The company behind all of this is Mpower LLC, aka Mpowering (www.mpowering.com) owned by Alain Templeman. He runs a bunch of scam companies, here are just a few My Cash Guardian, My Money Leaf, My Money Toolbox, Zeal Money Solutions, Zeal Funding Solutions, etc. Don't waste your time filing complaints on the scam message boards, because every company he uses is only active for a few months and then he just changes the name and load it on his little platform and he instantly he has a new company.

If you have been scammed file a compliant with the Utah Attorney General at uag@utah.gov, the Utah Department of Consumer Protection at http://consumerprotection.utah.gov/complaints/manual.html and the BBB.

They took money in the amont of 29.95

They took $29.95 out of my account they gave me a website to go to to request my refund. mlhelp.org and now it saying that I requested another loan. This needs to stop because I never authorized you to take the first $29.95

The same company took out that money, but i also found out how to freeze there assest, They Texas Attorney General Office has taken legal actions against the company. If they tell you that a person named Bill Bentson is your brother you should know that is a lie. They used a old cell phone number back from 2008 and i called it and they did the same thing to the woman who answered.I think its time to shut this person down. Send mass emails and see what happens
