This is "My Cash Guardian".  A payday loan place where they will be more than happy to withdraw $29.95 from your bank account even if you do not accept money from them.  They will also with draw the same amount from your account with out permission.

My advise to all is that do not apply for the payday loans over the internet for you will be swamped with all kinds of offers, you will fill out endless forms with all of your personal information just so you can be redirected to yet another site to do it all over again.  How I know?  Because I have a stupid kid that did this looking for money and found out just how much it had costed him.  Funny thing about this was the he never got anywhere close to the amount he was looking for.

I apologize in advance for spelling and grammatical errors. My phone's auto-correct is out of control.  $29.95 was taken from my husband and my joint checking account. Neither one of us applied for a payday loan. I called the number from the bank transaction and waited for someone to answer for over 30 minuted. Neither my husband nor I had any clue what My Cash Guardian even was and furthermore we never do Check by Phone, we always use our Debit cards so we know which one of us did a transaction. I fObce i got through i had to go to the website anyway to get the money refunded. It is cghelp.org  You have to enter the email address and phone number that would have been used and then clickCancel at thtop  Supposedly the money will be refunded in 5-7business days. Was yold by Michael that they work with 11 different companies and the $29.95 is the One-time Membership Fee so they can try tget monefor you. He had the nerve to adme if i wanted yo spply for a loan  i woll geback ohere when and if we get the money.  Them tsking out yhe money caused ud to have yo pay sn Overdraft fee.

I didn't get a call from this company, but had the $29.95 taken from my account without authorization. I called the number and got a message about unexpectedly long wait times that gave me the cghelp.org to get the refund. I'm hoping I'll get the refund by Thursday as noted by the auto responder. This is the second unauthorized charge I've had on my account in the past week. I went online searching for a consolidation loan a week and a half ago, and have had non-stop emails, telephone calls, and text messages since. Offer after offer after offer from payday loan places.  I cleaned out my spam on my email account yesterday about noon - as of this noon, there are another 230 messages in the spam folder.  The consolidation loan was from a so-called "reputable" online company. I'm not very happy. I'm waiting for the $30.00 charge from last week to be refunded to my account, and now they took another $29.95 from my account. I know I've NEVER been on these clown's website.  Thinking about opening a new account and closing this one. And of course I just ordered two boxes of checks!

These jokers took 29.95 from my account too, like I'm stupid enough to pay that for a loan, if I were looking for money I wouldn't wanna pay for it, you know? I never even heard of these people until I looked at my online bank statement and called my bank about it, I called their number and what to my surprise I hear, we are experiencing high call volume at this time well no duh!! So they direct me to this website cghelp.org I had to log in using my email and home phone, I thought there is no way I can log in to this and sure enough I was able to! What in the world!?!?!? So I should be getting my refund in like a week or two, it's not the money that bothers me it's the fact they just took it like common criminals! I've already reported them to a scam site and should be getting a report back within the week. Hope they shut them down!

I got nothing, I found out about the $29.95 being taken out of my bank account when I went to check my balance. Now I want my money back and have been on hold for 17 minutes and still holding.

This company did the same thing to me taken out $29.95 out  of my account without me ever talking to this company or ever applying for any type of loan. I am still waiting to get my money back as well.

If you call them and get someone on the line, they will refund your money, but I suggest that you also go to the website and complete the cancellation form and call your bank to make sure they flag that company so it never happens again.  I just got off the phone with them and the young lady was happy to work with me but I am still angry until I get my funds back in my account.  I have already called my bank and they are looking into this company also.

Stole $29.95 and yes that is a lot of money to me.  These are devil from hell low lifes!

They've been taking out money on my account, too.  Don't know who they are.  Had to close out two checking accounts in less than a year because of people just like this.  Just be careful with whom you speak and call.  Good luck.
