SCAM! Got a call at my work stating we had not paid our Manitoba Hydro bill and they couldn't find our payment after I said we paid it 2 weeks ago. Wanted us to get a pre loaded credit card and phone back within half an hour to avoid disconnection that day. Of course if they did recieve our initial payment we would be credited back on our next bill.  I then called Manitoba Hydro with the number listed online.
