Called work number and did not leave a voicemail.

This is Comcast Business receivables, a legitimate number.

They call and say they are from Comcast Business with a unreal old past due amount. No written notices for a 6+ month old bill from Comcast REALLY? The real would have disconnected service. SCAM!!

Automated call telling us to call 888-485-8036. Something to do with Enterprise, Comcast, Advanced options? Haven't a clue!

Says we have two past due invoices and they'd hate to shut off our internet. The company I would for sent me the remittance pages showing the payment, etc. She said "on further review..." and hung up

Scam. Crap.

Multiple voicemails from this number asking me to contact Comcast Business regarding an issue. Answered one call live and got an automated prompt asking me to press 1 or 2.  I do NOT have a Comcast Business account.

Received a voicemail and an email- this was the voicemail transcript: Hello, this is Comcast Business Enterprise calling about a past due account with the reference number 1637. Please return a call today as this is an important matter at 888-485-8036. Again, Comcast Business Enterprise calling about a past due account, reference number 1637. Our callback number is 888. 485-8036. We're here Monday through Friday from 8… BM to some Eastern time. Thank you for choosing Comcast
- When I look online our bill is fine with nothing outstanding, so I'm guessing this is a scam.
