Received an obvious robo-call. The partial message left was, "We seriously recommend you to call us on 1-888-320-8649. I'm repeat, 1-888-320-8649. We request you not to use your computer or other Mac devices before speaking to our certified technicians. For help and support please press 1, and to hang up press 2." All grammar reproduced exactly as the robo-voice pronounced it. The caller-id name was transmitted as "UNAVAILABLE".

This is clearly a scam. I am not registered for any sort of computer support on this number, and absolutely not with any Apple or "Mac" devices.

Obviously a scam

It is a scam. I don't own any Apple products or have an iCloud account

on my answering machine saying not to use my computer or some other device,  to call them immediately. I wanted to know who they were
so I called. and asked where he was from, he said he was a licensed tech for Apple, I said thank you and hung up. he didn't say what Country he was calling from,   so of course a scam
