888-489-6745    belongs to the Billing Center for Skyridge Medical Center in Cleveland, TN.   They didn't call me about collections - they called me to get clarification on insurance carrier/coverage.  And they were VERY nice. :)

A person called from this number after I had auto accident.  There were 4 cars involved because a person was reaching for her cell phone and lost control of her auto, therefore crashing into oncoming traffic and hitting 3 vehicles.  The person calling said they were the corporate headquarters from the hospital I was taken to.   They misrepresented themselves and I was advised to turn in a complaint to the Attorney General's Dept. and I did that the day they called.

I received a call from this number.  They did not leave a message on my answering machine.  I returned the call, and it said "Thank you for calling the business office."  When I remained on the line to speak to a customer service rep, someone named "Miller" answered, and tried to find someone to talk to me.  I then got transferred back into the voice mail loop. This is a collection/information gathering agent for Community Health Systems hospital systems.  I finally got to speak to a person.  He just wanted to verify that this injury / hospital visit was not related to a liability claim such as injury at home, at school, or in a car accident.  Ron (the final person I spoke to) was very helpful & thanked me for returning the call.

I go a call but I could not speak to no one on the phone only was getting the mail loop while on the call.  I am going to refer them to my attorney.

Claims to be McKenzie Williamette Hospital in Oregon.  When I called them back, their recorded message refers to a "business office" which is unidentified along with having hours listed in Central Standard Time.  A real business does not misrepresent themselves.

Caller started speaking and then asked me to please hold because her screen had gone black. Eventually asked if I knew a person by name. I responded I did not. Again (stalling) her screen was black. Asked again confirming I did not know that person. Then she asked to speak to a different person. I said they did not live here. She asked if I knew that person by name. I said I did not. She then asked if the number she called was my number and she stated my number. I said yes. She apologized for calling and we hung up.

I have had several calls recently from this number.  I have ask them as nicely as I can not to call that I
disabled and it hard for me to answer the phone.  Tried being nice, but not more.

I received a call from this number the other day and again today. Both times they left a message stating they were calling me because I had been listed as a contact person for a person I know.  When I asked what this was in regards to, the man, "Maurice", wouldn't tell me stating that he did not have her permission to discuss the matter with me but needed additional information from her. Then I asked why he just didn't call her as I know she had her number listed on any paperwork. His response was - Ma'am I just need for her to call me.  I am assuming this is a debt collection issue but he wouldn't state that either.  He just stated he was a representative for NW Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas.

Number called me and I called back and it had me on hold and said it was transferring me and it went to a voicemail

They called and stated they were calling from Memorial Hospital regarding my son. I tried to call them and only got disconnected each time I used their extension number. I then called again and stayed on the line and was directed to dial a number for assistance and that individual  stated she was from a Community Health Services facility- my son was not treated at a CHS hospital so I stated that I felt we were being scammed. The representative transferred me to their security division and no one was able to take my call but I left a message that I felt we were being victimized. I am waiting for a call back but I am calling the Attorney General's office tomorrow

This 800 service has been calling for about 12 days at 8 in the morning. I answered this morning, to be asked about an ER visit. Was this a MVA or Slip and Fall? I asked who they were and what this had to do with me. Once again Chere asked if visit was MVA or Slip and Fall. I hung up.
I sent this info to the hospital I visited-- they knew nothing about these people.
What next?

Got a message from this number saying they were a local hospital and they needed additional insurance information (I was never hospitalized) I called the number back and was transferred to a voice mail that said thanks for calling "professional offices" sounds like debt collection

Like others, I received a call asking about a recent ER visit. The woman said she wanted to ask if I was in a car accident or had a fall somewhere like Walmart, and if I was suing someone. When I said no, she promptly thanked me and hung up. I'm wondering if they weren't working for some shyster, ambulance-chasing lawyer.

Called me at 12pm. Couldn't answer because I was working so they called 3 people in my emergency contact I gave the hospital for Emergency only! Didn't even give me a few hours to call back. When I got off work I called back to be placed on hold then transferred to the next operator only to get a busy signal! Filing complaint with bbb

Had a message on my phone.  Man said he was with Baldwin Regional Hospital  and was trying to reach my neighbor but was given my name and number.  I did not return the call.   My neighbor was treated and released from the Baldwin ER after an auto accident a couple days before and had given my name as a person to call.

there is a + before the entire number. + 1 888 489 6745.  They call the selves, "The Office" They say they are connected with several hospitals. She asked me my name and birthday, which i did not give.. I continued to ask her questions . She said she was seeking liability insur. info or other. I was not satisfied with her answers and there was no way I was telling her anything. I said to her my hospital already has all the info on me and again I ask WHO are you? she said well you'll get a letter in the mail and then  She hung up. It was unclear who she was and why she would be calling me.She was evasive.

I got a call from this number about a few days ago; All I could hear was a couple of girls in the background laughing and talking. So I have NO IDEA WHY THEY CALLED ME.... BCUZ THEY NEVER LEFT ME A MESSAGE!

I got a call just thee other day.... For no reason at all because all I could hear was 2 or 3 girls in the background laughing and talking.?. They NEVER left me a message on why they called?!
