My Parents informed me that I had attorneys calling me to collect a debt that I owed in 2011. They said I took out a payday loan and then I used a sister bank to attempt to commit fraud. I informed them that I was not going to pay them because they could not verify the company. The lady hung up on me. Then when I called back they told me a new story that I owe a credit for 1,500 that i never paid on. When I asked for this ladys name she hung up on me. Finally when I called back I was immediatley given to a man named Mitchell Jennings. He stated that I owed on a payday loan and I never paid it off. Then he changed his story and said it was a bad check that I had wrote. He then gave me the last 4 of my social and birth date and told me he could bring down the total to 450.28 I told him he needed to provide me with some form of proof for the validity in this situation. Then I see that my bank account was charged the amount. I have since called my bank and had them freeze my account and launched an investigation. This is the contact info below so everyone can see.

These guys are still around and still making fraudulent claims and trying to get gullibles to pay up. Please continue to ignore these scammer calls or continue asking for written verification of the "debt". These types of fraudsters buy your basic info on the black market and that's how they get your birthday, name, phone number, social and even employer. Don't be fooled.

Who called me: Debt Solutions Services at 844-745-7023

They called 2 times and left no message... last time they called was 8 months ago and I flagged the number in my phone. They obviously went through their list and are circling back again. Don't pay them anything. it is a scam and you'll most likely get bothered again.

I received no paperwork stating I had an outstanding debt.  They called me.  My lawyer told me to asked for a "written validation letter" and mail to me stating what is owed and who the vendor/company is.

I got a call from the same company saying that I owed on a payday loan.  They called me at work.  I need to know how to get them to leave me alone.

These guys are still at it.
I got a call a little over a month ago. They said that they have a case against me for check fraud from 2010 in the state of Washington. I said what? I gathered as much info as I could from them. Made up a sob story of why I couldn't pay and told them I would like a formal letter from their company.
I got a letter telling me the amount I owe is 510.00 to advance america. The letter also said, "we respectfully demand that you do not contact the creditor."
Wait, so you say I owe advance america and I cant give them a call and ask about it? I don't think so. Here's where it gets sketchy. I used to work for a payday loan place in washington.  In 2010 in fact. But it wasn't advance america.
When I called advance america and told her the situation, she looked me up and told me that I do I deed have an old debt with them. From 2007, and it was in a store in Portland Oregon.
I have never been to Portland Oregon. So I am thinking identity theft on this one. Getting it taken care of. But still getting harrassed.
