Called me 5 times in a row. Left a voicemail about my 4 day old son stating we ordered medical equipment which we haven’t. I have no idea how they received my new sons name but it’s very concerning

I recently had a sleep test.  A week later Apria said my doctor ordered a CPAP for me, but I never heard this from my doctor herself.  I refused to give out my cc info, and have a call in to my doctor. The rep said I could call this # to put my cc info on file.
There is a possibility that some of their calls are Medicare fraud, especially cold calls.
If your doctor doesn't prescribe CPAP, don't use it. It's not an OTC device.

You will need to find out exactly how much you are supposed to be paying monthly for that machine as well.  They have been known to inflate the price by $50 or $60 a month.  Also be aware that you will be giving that financial information to a call center in the Philippines.

got call from this number about a walker.  I already got a walker from the hospital, which is covered by insurance. This is a scam to sucker people into buying things not needed.

Got 3 calls from them. I did order something from Apria, but have not received it as of yet. I doubt this really is Apria. One of the messages sounded like a 10-year old girl and was all broken up into static. The next two message were from males, possibly the same one. So faint no one could understand it (I played it for two other people with better hearing). Also, when I listened to the second recording, Verizon indicated that the call came from an 877 number not this 888 one. Why would Apria spoof their number? Also the call back number on the email is an 866 number. All really shady. Apria customer service is in the Phillippines. Maybe the employees are farming our information out to scammers over there?

The first call was weird, female had (possibly Asian) very heavy and difficult to understand accent. She seemed deceptive and I hung up. She called again about a week later and asked for my mother. When I told  her she was not available she asked for my name  and I told her I was her daughter. Then she said " so she is your mother, just to clarify"?  Weird...when asked why she was calling she said it was for mobility equipment. She asked for my mother's name and DOB and I then asked her who referred her to me. She stated that she needed my mother's name and DOB.  We did this song and dance a few times and I finally told her if she could not provide me with the information about who referred her this was a dead end call. She then repeated the same old thing...I need your mother's name and DOB before I can disclose any information. I hung up. I called the agency I was truly dealing with and got a local number for Apria, which did not help, after waiting on hold  for a few minutes the line disconnected.
Beware and be careful. If they were legitimate (which I don't think so), they need to be more professional.

I got a call from this number saying they were Apria and they were calling about my credit line.  I do order products from Apria and they are courteous and well spoken.  The guy on this line spoke in very broken
English and it didn't make sense.

Called saying there was a problem with my insurance and I needed to call them back. They also had the Apria name show up on my caller ID. I am an Apria customer and I know how Apria handles things. This was purely a scam call, voice carried a distinct indian accent.

Called me and left no message.  Cid showed April health so I called back as I recently got a walker through them.  A Filipino female didn’t know who called me and asked my name.  She said it was a call probably to see how I am doing.  I don’t think so and now regret giving any information to her.  This is very strange

Been using them off and on, depending on who my insurance carrier has been. They have definitely had a decline in service as they've grown.
Reading here about call centers and scams is troubling. Don't they care about their reputation with patients, or are they now too big to care? They should be fighting the scam operstion for their patients.

I dont use breathing supplies, never have and this company tried to call me. It has to be a scam of people pretending to be that company, randomly calling.

I just got a call from this number. I didn't pick up because, as a senior, I know I'm a target for these unscrupulous scammers.  After reading the above posts, I'm glad I followed my instincts and didn't pick up.  It's just so frustrating that we have to go through this in America.  Like the previous posters, I worked all my life and the last thing I need is some lowlife thief trying to rip me off.
