I've gotten them for 3 days in a row.  It's disturbing but I'm sure I'm not being sued.  It said they are going to freeze my bank accounts and everything else pertaining to my finances.

This vm has called from several different 1.888 #'s. It says the same thing each time. I never answer. I just block the number. Then they call from a different one.

Each time they call they tell me a lawsuit will be issued if I do not pay them 4000 dollars. Told them to mail me proof that this debt is mine. Gave them my address and have not received anything from them. But they keep calling and threatening me with a lawsuit. Every time I ask them for there address/business name or any information about them they hang up on me. Lol seriously

Ugh, yet one more DA Scammer!
So, this is part of the Spectrum "Promotion" Scam that has been going on for a while where the Indian agent on the phone offers you $29.99/ea for Phone, Internet, and TV, and get the next 2 Months of free services for the Small promotion fee of $80 - Just call the 888-493-0322 number.  Total SCAM, and I truly feel sorry for the folks that fall for this.

No one is going to sue you over the phone. Especially if they are not American speaking individuals. Wake up people!! Google the number they provide, if it's not the same as the providers real website, why would you believe them???

They say they are from Spectrum (which is not my provider nor is Spectrum in my area). They will offer a discount on your monthly bill for the "lifetime", they will ask for your account # & PIN. Provide fake information, Then they will ask for a one time activation fee. The hook and steal.

No one will sue you over the phone & never give your home address out. If they are not American speaking, 1000% it's a scam.
