The call isn't unwanted. I sent them money for my collateral and now can not get in touch with anyone. All I get is voicemail. Can you help?

Yeah thats actually funny because I am in the same boat, I told them I wanted a refund and Anna Morrison said she would put in the paperwork so her boss could sigh off on it, she also said that it would take 30 days to get to me and it will come as a check and DHL would deliver it to me. Its getting closer to the 30 day mark and nothing, not even a phone call saying that its on its way to me.

Have you got your money back yet? or did we get scamed?
