Person called from Legal Shield stating I was going to be served papers. When I asked for her information and what it was about and she wouldn't give me any info I told I her I was going to contact my local police department and then she hung up.  Anyone else getting these calls?

Just got a call from this number. They were trying to find my relative to serve them papers and gave me this number and a claim number.  They would not tell me anything else about it. The name was John Willist - possess dept. legal support with a place called NAPS

Yes, I just spoke to a representative who got extremely upset when I would verify any information before he would tell me what it was about.  I was threatened and did advise him that my lawyer would be in touch.  He hung up.

Received another message today to contact this number; upon doing so I spoke to a representative wanting me to give them debit or credit card information so the issue can be resolved, but would not tell me who the alleged debt was against and would not give me an amount they also would not provide information to substantiate the claim.  I them that until I could get further information I would not provide anything.  He became upset and yelled something at me and I hung up.  I attempted to contact these people again and when I did speak with someone, his name was Richard, he told me that with the number I provided and my name there was no information in their system.  He apologized for the way I was treated but assured me that with the numbers I provided him (same numbers I gave the other guy and same name) they had nothing.

Now tell me someone is not running a scam. This is ridiculous and illegal.

This number has called myself, my brother, and my mother regarding my husband and some sort of claim he owes. As we do not owe anyone money, I decided to google the number before calling back, to where I came to this page. They call themselves Crestline Kapital. I called back and they asked for my husbands SS#, when I refused, I was told, "you sound like a nice person, but I don't know who you are and don't want to release this information because I'm trying to protect their identity". I hung up. I googled the street address attached to this number, which leads to a shady strip mail in Arcadia, CA with Chinese writing. I am warning all my family to ignore this caller.

I got a message from an unavailable number asking to call back at 888-493-2439 saying that an "Angela Warner" from "Legal Support Services"  wanted to speak with my dead uncle's wife (that I've met once) becasue she had a claim lodged agaisnt her, and gave a claim number. I didn't call back because even if it was legitimate I have no idea how to contact her as I live a thousand miles away across the country and never really knew her in the first place. I believe it was a scam.

Got this phone call today it was a guy by the name of "Kevin Harvy" needing to speak with my husband. I have not returned this phone call, I will be contacting the police.

Yes I get calls from this number and they said they wanted my address cause they needed to serve me legal papers on a claim filed against me.  They never say the name of the firm and I figured if they could get my cell phone number then they certainly should know how to get my address. I have googled their number and they are a scam. Dont ever give them your personal information!  They use different business names to scam you of money through fear.   Someone needs to catch them.  They are blowing my phone up and calling my friends and family. Its embarrassing and frustrating.

Its a huge scam!!  Stay away from them. I have had so many messages from them that its starting to frustrate me. Thinking of changing my number. Dont honor them with a call unless you're going to bless them out.

Spoke with a Richard I. Regards to a legal claim that has been filed against me. They never say the name of the law firm but they certainly want my financial information ehich I never give out. They continue to blow my phone up. Is there any way to stop this?  They are calling my friends and family.

I got the same message on July 29, 2015 from the same lady. She left a message with the exact same number and speal about a claim that came across her desk. She left the number 888-493-2439 along with a nine digit claim number. I called back and asked to speak with her she was unavailable which another person was asking me info. I said if the claim came across your desk then you should have all the info. I then said give me your name & contact info so I can submit them to my attorney I then received dial tone and havent received any more phone calls. Caller said she was from Legal Support Services in the Notification Dept.

They called me last year. No one came to my job. No one came to my house. My police friend laughed at me.  I owe nothing and what I do owe to people I have already worked out. It's always a different person "handling my claim" with a different claim number and they say to call that 888 number. Today they called after a year of no calls. I recognized the number she gave me and again asked her for info on my "case." and why she was involved.  She told me to hold on, she would transfer me and the phone hung up. Boom.

This number and company is harassing me and many family members stating I am in trouble and will be served.....

Voicemails and calls stating that there is a claim that needs to be filed against me. They asked on VM and calls for my address to serve the paperwork and Social Security #.

Yes, received a call this a.m. That we will be served papers tomorrow.

They keep calling and say they are Crestline Kapital. They want $4,000 to $2000 to settle a supposed debt from 2010. A scam. They also use tel no. 323-250-6819.

I also get calls from 323-250-6819. This seems to be the number of a lawyer, Thomas Espinoza. Don't have any debt so ignore calls.

This Richard guy is ridiculous and keeps calling me about my mother opening a line of credit with some general electric company which is so stupid. TOTAL FRAUD!!!

Ignore his calls. He says that I provided credit c.ard information last year and it didn't process so now he needs it again. Ignore, ignore , ignore!!!
